We are pleased to announce that Mustafa Kaval enter an office the position of General Manager at BMC POWER which has an important place in the Turkish Defence Industry effective 1st August.

We believe that Mr. Kaval will make significant contributions to BMC Power, which is the “Power of Turkey”, with his experience in localization, engineering and technology development. He started his career at Aselsan after studying Mechanical Engineering at METU and has achieved important successes in his career by working in different positions in the same company for 35 years.

We believe that BMC Power, which carries out domestic and national power group projects of critical importance for our country, will carry these projects much further with him. As BMC Power family, we wish Mr. Mustafa KAVAL success in his new position.

MUSTAFA KAVAL – RESUME

Mustafa KAVAL, who started his career as an R&D Engineer at ASELSAN in 1986, served as Technical Leader between 1997-2000 and as Project Leader between 2000-2004.

He was appointed as the Manager at ASELSAN Air Defense Weapon Systems Program Management in 2004 and continued this job until 2012. Between 2012 and 2014, he worked as a Director in the Air Defense Systems Program Directorate.

He worked as Sector President at Defense System Technologies and Deputy General Manager from September 2014 until November 2020. As of November 2020, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager who is responsible for the Microelectronics, Guidance and Electro-Optic Systems Sector Presidency. He retired from his duty at ASELSAN on July 1, 2022.

Mr. Mustafa KAVAL has been serving as the General Manager of BMC Power since 1 August 2022.

Mr. KAVAL is married nad father of two children and he can speak English.
